Join me in this interview session with the CEO of Kara Fashion and Trends in person of Mrs Oyekan-Bello Raheemah Titilope.

1. Please introduce yourself and your business.

My name is Titilope Raheemah Oyekan-Bello, the CEO of Kara-Fashion-and-Trends where we sell tailoring accessories like trimmings, appliques, lining, fabrics and more.

2. What inspired you to start working from home/Office? Did anyone in particular inspire you?

My husband was the one that inspired me to start working; he believes that every woman should be financially independent.

3. Is your family supportive of you being a working class woman?
Yes my family, especially my husband is very supportive.

4. What are the main challenges you face as an Entrepreneur?

The main challenges am facing with my business is how to consistently keep my books and records (book keeping) which I am seriously working on.

5. Describe a typical working day. Are there specific times in the day that you work on your business?

A typical working day at my store, I attend to customers, keep records of colours of materials that are out of stock, keep records of the particular products customers are buying most. I work on my business on Sundays as we are opened for business Monday to Saturday.

6. What makes Your Business different from your competitors?
My customers relation is what makes my business different from my competitors, customers always open up to us as that they like our approach to sales, we help them check for matching colours of accessories, my sales rep and I are always warm at welcoming our customers.

7. what helps keep you motivated?

Our customers, they are always there, always buying, they keep us motivated.

8. Where would you like to see your business in the future?

We would like to see our business having the best financial records and we see Kara-Fashion Trends manufacturing tailoring accessories in future.

9. What advice would you give to upcoming Entrepreneurs?

My advice to upcoming entrepreneurs is persistency, once you are consistent, you will definitely get it right, first do it, then do it better.
