Women Entrepreneurs Arena is a page established with the sole intention of inspiring and motivating as many women as possible that are thinking of starting their own businesses. It is a motivational page for women towards achieving success in their businesses
Today, permit me to crush on a powerful woman of substance. A woman that fight against all odds to achieve success.
Join me in this interview session with the CEO of Mashad Collections in person of Mrs Masturah Sanusi Folashade

1. Introduce yourself and your business.

I am Mrs Masturah Sanusi Folashade. I am a native of Osun State, Ede North Local Government Area to be precise. I studied Business Administration from Osun State University. I just finished my Nation youth service Corp this year (April, 2018). I am the C.E.O of Mashad Collections, a fashion brand for trendy and adorable items at affordable prices.

2. What inspired you to start working from home/Office? Did anyone in particular inspire you?

<img src='data:image/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns=%22http://www.w3.org/2000/svg%22%20viewBox=%220%200%20300%20242%22%3E%3C/svg%3E' data-src="mashad2.png" alt="mashad2">
Growing up with my mother was my first motivation towards business, but then it was just about helping her with her sales. Going into business as always been my thought right from my university days, but later as I was rounding up my service year, I decided on having a collection of my own and that was how I started Mashad Collections.
A friend of mine in Malaysia was my first supporter and motivator in person of Osuolale Khadeejah and also a sister Tijani Arafat.

3. Is your family supportive of you being a working class woman?
Yes, my family is so much in support of my business

4. What are the main challenges you face as an Entrepreneur?
Being an entrepreneur is quite challenging but then I believe in staying firm and strong towards attaining success. It’s always a good motive to never give up on your dreams and exactly keeps me moving, trying to meet up with customers wish and demands, trying to get more followers on instagram that will really patronize me and most especially meeting up with time.

5. Describe a typical working day. Are there specific times in the day that you work on your business?
I like to work on my business during the week but not always specific, I do so many things on my business page when I feel like and I think keeping in touch will enable you meet more customers

6. What makes Your Business different from your competitors?
I focus on the services that uniquely benefit my customers, I build strong relationship with them, I bring myself down to make them realize my collection is the solutions to what they need in terms of price, quality, durability and affordability. I treat my customers like they are the only ones I have and I also ensure to create best experience with them.

7. what helps keep you motivated?
Customers demands keep me motivated.

8. Where would you like to see your business in the future?
I can’t wait for the whole world to know and celebrate me. I really want to see myself at the top when it is best for me, but then I believe in positivity and time.

9. What advice would you give to upcoming women entrepreneurs.
My advice is that we entrepreneurs should never give up on our dream. Life is full of ups and downs, you will definitely have rough beginning , but not giving up on your dreams will make you attain your goals. We entrepreneurs should always be positive in our thinking and we should never give up on our dreams.
